Energyefficiency private house in Sweden

Latvian wooden houses builder ZTC is currently assembling a two-storey private house. The building living area is 250m2 and it is built in Örebro, Sweden.

The first floor of the house facade is covered with vertical painted boards. And the rest of the facade with horizontal painted boards. The facade includes many decorative, sawed parts available with the ZTC Hundegger Speed-Cut CNC.

The building has a combined roof solution therefore one part mounted in panels, and the middle part truss with a raised subbeam.

Energoefficieny demands

Private house has increased energy efficiency requirements – 0,6 Pa through a blower door test at 50Pa difference (more about the last results of the latvian wooden house builder ZTC blower door test here). Hence, the building has less heat loss.
