Preschool building near Stockholm
870 m2 large building for a preschool. The building has 2 floors and has specific fire prevention measures – specific fire-resistant partitions in the building. The kindergarten is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs.
On 6 March 2017 in Riga ZTC was awarded 2nd place in the nomination New Public Building at the Latvian Construction Industry Annual Award 2016 for the construction of a kindergarten in Sweden in the village of Bro, near Stockholm.
Scope of ZTC work
ZTC designed production drawings and produced house elements and organized shipment to the construction site. In the middle of May 2016 ZTC started kindergarten assembly near Stockholm. ZTC workers assembled this building on the customer made foundation and completed the building from the outside by October 2016.
