In December 2019 ZTC finished works on a 3 storey apartment house project  with 360 m2 of floor area 40 km outside Lugano, Switzerland.

For this  project panels that allow natural diffusion of humidity through them were used to naturally provide a stable micro-climate indoors. The panels were filled with cellulose insulation that has the advantage of higher thermal mass compared to mineral wool insulation further reducing the need for active heat regulation.

The project was challenging because of the practically non-existent building site which required excellent planning to carry out panel mounting from the trucks without unloading on-site.
