Area: 460 m2
Floors: 3
In the summer of 2021, ZTC completed the construction of a private house on the island of Zealand in Denmark. The area of the three-storey house is 460m2 excluding the terrace, although it includes a 190m2 basement.
The private house was built with high quality ecological solutions. For instance, both wood fiber and cellulose are used as thermal insulation material in the production of the house. The building was built on a slope with complex construction solutions. The hallway on the second floor of the house was consulted without additional supports, in other words it gives the impression of an “air-hanging” balcony. A challenging and narrow construction site, therefore the assembly and delivery schedule had to be strictly matched.
The homeowner is very happy to work with ZTC. Both the construction set and the performance of the assembly team were praised.
Scope of ZTC work
Zemgale Technological Center performed the design of wooden constructions of the house, manufactured building constructions and elements of the house, organized transportation to the object. ZTC employees assembled the house on the building site.
