Project specifics
Three storey apartment house project with 530 m2 of floor area finished in March 2021 in Lostallo, Switzerland.
The project required construction design solutions with large steel beams used in order to solve loads for large spans. The building kit included steps for the stairs made of CLT material.
The panels were delivered with windows prefitted in them in the factory as well as electrical conduits already laid in the walls. This allowed to shorten the construction works on site and decrease the number of subcontractors for the builder thereby improving accountability.
Scope of ZTC work
ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab apartment house, produced the construction elements (panels with electrical conduits fitted in the factory and part of windows and doors fitted) and organized transportation of the building kit.
Laying of foundation, building kit installation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was organized by the client.
