Prefabricated house village in Norway

Area: 2000 m2
Floors: 2
From contract signing to full completion, the construction timeline is just 14 months, meaning each house is completed in less than two months. The design of the houses is meticulously planned to harmonize with the surrounding nature. The second floor and rooftop terrace offer breathtaking views of the fjord, which the architects have carefully optimized.
Each house’s layout places technical rooms, garages, and bedrooms on the first floor, while the second floor features spacious, open living areas with large glass walls and access to the terrace. This design ensures that residents can fully enjoy the stunning fjord views. The houses are constructed on a slope to guarantee unobstructed views from the rooftop terraces for all.
Located in Son, Norway, we have built eight industrially produced wooden-frame houses, each with reinforced concrete slab foundations. Each house covers an area of 260 m², with a total combined area of approximately 2000 m². These buildings consist of two floors, complete with a rooftop terrace and a balcony.
