The private house was built with high quality ecological solutions. Cellulose as well as vapor permeable membranes were used in the production of the house. A design facade has been developed for the private house, where larch boards were placed with a visible space. A special wind insulation membrane was used for this facade solution.

Scope of ZTC work
Zemgale Technological Center performed the design of wooden constructions of the house, manufactured building constructions and elements of the house, organized transportation to the object. ZTC employees assembled the house on the building site.
