ZTC has completed work on a two-storey semi-detached house project near Gardermoen, Norway. ZTC designed the building, produced and installed the oversized panels in the 200 m2 house project.
Two-story duplex house with two apartment units with 100 m2 space and 14 m2 terrace in each apartment. The apartments have a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet with a utility room on the first floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The contract for the design, production and assembly of the house with a total area of 200 m2 was concluded in December 2017 with a rolling deadline. Such cooperation allowed the client to sell the building at a precisely known price and ZTC to plan the design of the building in time, so that after the sale of the building, the building could be installed in the shortest possible time.
Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood houseZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house, produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. A team of ZTC workers assembles the building on site, roofing works and exterior finishing works.
Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was oorganized by the client.
