ZTC has completed works on a wood kindergarten building which is located in Skabersjö near Malmo, Sweden. The project was a 1,5 storey 196 m² wooden panel building. The attic storey includes rooms for teachers and other personell.

The building adheres to higher fire safety and child safety requirements since it is a kindergarten. The vertical board siding and the steep roof give the building a clean and elegant look in the surrounding architecture and the standing seam aluzinc sheet roofing extending on the facade gives the design of the building a distinct character.

Scope of ZTC work
ZTC was a subcontractor in the project and carried out the designing, production, delivery and assembling of the building to deliver an externally complete building. The contract on producing the wood kindergarten building was signed on late November 2016, the building set was shipped in February 2017.
