Summer house in Tjøme

Summer house in Tjøme

A one-storey summer house with floor area of 100 m2. The house has a spacious living/dining room of almost 40 square meters, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an entrance space and a technical room. Five different finishing materials were used inside the house – classically painted wallpapers, wooden finishing boards, MDF prefabricated plates, tiles and FIBO Trespo.

The building was built on Tjome Island where writer Roald Dahl spent his childhood holidays. The house was built in a picturesque place at the end of the island that Norwegians call “the end of the land”.

Scope of ZTC work

ZTC drew construction drawings, produced and assembled the house as well as completed exterior finishing and partial interior finishing. Works on the building site were carried out from late August 2016 through September 2016.
