Summerhouse near Copenhagen

One storey summer house with floor area of 100 m2 has 2 or 3 bedrooms. The large window facade opens up the living room for a great outside view and thus spacios feeling and combined with the skylights fill the room with plentiful light. The house was built in 2005. Plan has 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom is with a bathroom. Another room for an office or extra bedroom. A larger bathroom, service area. Furthermore facade is sided with horizontal wooden boards. A terrace on the rear facade side and a board walkway around the house make entry into the house comfortable from every side.

Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house

Firstly, ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house. Secondly, we produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation.

Finally, laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring), assembling work and interior finishing was organized by the client.
