Twin house in Gardermoen
The two storey twin house with two apartments of 100 m2 floor space and a terrace of 14 m2 each. The apartments have a living room, dining space, kitchen and a toilet and appliance room on the first storey. The second storey has three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house
ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house, produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. A team of ZTC workers assembles the building on site, roofing works and exterior finishing works.
Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was oorganized by the client.
