Two apartment houses in Nesodden
Two apartment houses with a larger two floor apartment of 142 m2 floor area and a smaller two floor apartment totalling 66 m2 of floor area. 3 such houses were built in Nessoden, Norway in 2007 and one more in 2008.
Facade is sided with horizontal painted boards with areas of boards of white color. Horizontal board siding allows it to be added in the factory for high quality and optimal cost. The simple architectural shape also is optimal for easy production. The spacious balconies add extra values with beautiful views.
The largest apartment ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, WC and a service room. Second story has a large living room/ dining room and kitchen and a room for an office or extra bedroom as well as access to the balcony.
The smallest apartment ground floor has a bedrooma and a service room, as well as a bathroom. On the second storey is a livingroom / dining room with a kitchen niche and a spacious balcony.
Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house
Firstly, ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house. Secondly, we produced the construction elements (panels and other elements) and organized transportation. Finally, a team of ZTC workers assembled the building on site, did roofing works and did exterior finishing works.
Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was oorganized by the client.
