ZTC employees have completed work on private homes in Denmark. The building is highly energy efficient –the heat insulation in the walls is 350 mm thick, which provides the U value 0.125W / m² * k, but the roof heat insulation is at least 40cm to ensure the U value of 0.105 W / m² * K. The floor insulation of these highly energy efficient houses is 40 cm thick. Foundations for these prefab houses are insulated from both sides, which reduce the possibilities of heat loss.

Scope of ZTC work
The ZTC produced wood frame house without windows. The roof covering was built by ZTC workers. The customer is satisfied with ZTC work and assembled house.
