ZTC built a holiday house in Norway from December 2016 to March 2017. The 105 square meter house is located in the mountain retreat of Svingvoll near Lillehammer in the depths of the gorgeous mountainous, spruce forest lined part of Norway.



Firstly ZTC designed, produced and assembled the house. Secondly ZTC completed exterior finishing and, finally, partial interior finishing. The house has a spacious and well lit living room combined with the kitchen. Also two bedrooms and an additional bedroom in the attic floor, a bathroom and of course – a sauna.



Building in wooden panels allowed to complete the building in the challenging weather of the cold and snowy Norwegian winter months.
