In September 2020 ZTC completed works on a 2,5 storey house extension in Oslo, Norway. The building with a 150 m² floor area was built with a classic vertical wooden board-on-board siding to fit with the existing building on the site.

ZTC panels with nature friendly materials and solutions were used for the project. The panels ensure a more stable temperature and air humidity throughout the day. Wall panels were delivered with an open service area and vertical siding boards added on site. The top floor balcony of the house extension is suspended in metal suspenders custom designed and manufactured for this project.
