ZTC finished works on a prefab skiing cabin of 110 m² floor area in a skiing resort in central Norway in February 2020.

The construction design had to account for very large snow loads in the region. The facade was done in horizontal board siding which allows it to be added to panels in the factory. The roof was built of trusses instead of prefabricated panels which is the optimal solution for small buildings.

I have received answers from ZTC to all my questions and the project manager was easy to reach in all time. The work was done professional and without any delays. Before ordering my house I was able to see the factory and see how the houses are produced. Despite the language differences there were no problem to contact with ZTC team in English.
