Production of restaurant and three houses for Sweden begins

SIA Zemgales tehnoloģiskais centrs (ZTC) has signed a contract to design, produce and assemble a restaurant and three residential houses in the suburb of Stockholm in Nacka, Sweden. Production of the construction elements of these houses started in January 2018.

Frame house Latvia are made with the new technology of cellulose insulation packing into the panels that has the advantages of highest quality and fast production. It is especially of essence in this project because of its short timeframe.

The total indoor area of the two storey restaurant is 540 m2. Each of the three family houses is of 150 m2 of indoor area. The project is very compact in time with contract signed and designing starting in December, production starting in January, on site work beginning in February and works are planned to finish by June.

ZTC is a frame house Latvia producer since 1991. Sweden has been the biggest export market for the company in 2017 and is set remain so in 2018. ZTC has been exporting houses to Sweden since 1998. Projects have ranged from kindergarten buildings, apartment houses, public buildings to single family houses and camping frame house Latvia.
