ZTC has finished work on a two story twin house project near Gardermoen, Norway. ZTC developed construction drawings, produced house elements and installed them without additional carpentry and roofing works on site for the 300 m² house.

The contract for the construction drawings, production and installation of the house was signed in 2017 with sliding due dates. Such cooperation model let the client to put up for sale the house precisely knowing its price and ZTC had ample time to plan the development of construction drawings so that the house could be installed very quickly after its sale. The project realization was prolonged until the client to sold the project to the future homeowner in 2019.

ZTC delivered and installed windows from cooperation partners. The project also included delivery of detail parts for finishing carpentry and roofing works that were organized by the client.
