On March 7, the winners of the competition „Latvian Construction Year Award 2018”were awarded.  ZTC submitted project to the competition – a multifunctional building in Nack, Sweden (more about the project here) won the high 2nd place.
ZTC is thankfull to the organizers of the competition for the well-organized event. Also thankful to the jury for evaluating ZTC’s quality work in a complex project.

Certainly we are also proud of the ZTC project manager – Mārtiņš Klaužs. He won the 2 nd place in the category of project managers in the competition “Building Engineer of the year 2018”. Mārtiņ’s experience in managing projects of complexity and knowledge is valued not only by our clients, but also by the jury of the competition.



About the Award
A total of 140 applications were submitted for the „Latvian Construction Year Award 2018”. It is organized by the non-governmental organization Building Design and Construction Council. In addition applications were submitted in 10 nominations and covered the typology of all possible objects.
