Wood panel house in a historic resort town

ZTC assembled a private house in Jurmala in 2017. The two-story private house measures at approximately 150m2. Its special charecteristic is that it has to fit in with the building manner special to Jurmala. The seaside resort town of Jurmala can be proud of its wooden architecture and visible aesthetic of wooden material in buildings which is very suitable material for seasonal accommodation in terms of its positive characteristics and effects on both human health and the environment.
Jurmala architecture features sophisticated wood-carvings, decorations in window openings, building facades and roof trim.

Also to this private house according construction management and architectural requirements were designed with various decorative details around the house wooden windows, between floors and railings. The specially designed wooden panels house veranda is build with. In addition the load – bearing beams will be expose inside the house. ZTC manufactured, assembled and finished the house from the outside with the facade and roof works.

Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house

Firstly ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house, produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. Secondly team of ZTC workers assembled the building on site, did roofing works. Finally ZTC workers did exterior finishing works.

Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was organize by the client.
