2020. gada septembrī ZTC pabeidza darbus 2,5 stāvu mājas piebūvi Oslo, Norvēģijā. Piebūve ar 150 m² grīdas laukumu tapa ar klasisku vertikālu trīnīša dēļu apšuvumu, saskaņā ar objektā esošo ēku.

Ēkai izmantoti paneļi ar nenoslēgtu komunikāciju zonu, kuros izmantotie dabu saudzējošie materiāli un risinājums nodrošina vienmērīgāku temperatūru un gaisa mitrumu telpās. Mājas jumta stāva balkons ir iekārts šai ēkai īpaši projektētās un izgatavotās metāla atsaitēs.

"We extended our old house with about 45 m2 on each of the three floors. Our choice was ZTC, given the good recommendations from our architect and quality of the material ZTC selects. Our evaluation on the process:
Quality of Material – excellent choice of materials for e.g. isolation, breathing. The blower test confirmed the excellent work.

Information exchange – has a high potential for advancements. Specific time-lines, specifications for the requirements to be provided by us, as well as information for custom control came late and were insufficient. Potential of ordering with pre-fabrication of electricity and pipes could have been mentioned prior to construction work.
Given the excellent construction and the quality of the house, we can highly recommend to engage ZTC. Especially the short construction time of just 4 days for a tight house is a real advantage."
