In early November, 2020 the first of four apartment houses has been installed in a project near Lillestrøm, Norway where Zemgales tehnoloģiskais centrs (ZTC) is the supplier of prefabricated buildings and provides outside finishing works for Funksjonell AS.
The developer is building 2 houses with 470 square meter floor area and two other buildings of 670 square meters each. The wall panels for these two storey buildings are delivered with factory fitted windows. The roof is made of prefabricated wood trusses. The load bearing structure of balconies is made of laminated wood beams.
