Family house in Håstad

Classic design 1,5 storey wood house for a family of four or more people built in Håstad in 2006. Entering the first storey from the hall you have a living room, kithen niche, service rooms and a cabinet or guest bedroom as well as a bathroom. Heading to the second storey up the staircase you have master bedroom, two more bedrooms and a toilet.

Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house

ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house, produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. A team of ZTC workers assembled the building on site, did roofing works and did exterior finishing works.

Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was oorganized by the client.
