Five-storey apartment building using CLT construction methods. This landmark project demonstrates how mass timber can compete with concrete in mid-rise construction while achieving superior environmental performance.

Privātmāju ciemtas, kurš sastāv no 7 divstāvu privātmājām Norvēģijā.

4 divstāvu daudzdzīvokļu mājas Norvēģijā
Projekta ietvaros uzbūvētas divu dažādu dizainu ēkas – divas ēkas ar 470 m2 grīdas laukumu katrai un divas ēkas ar 630 m2 platību. Ēku jumta konstrukcija veidota ar koka kopnēm. Balkona nesošā konstrukcija veidota no līmētām brusām. Fasādes apdarei izmantots horizontāli dēļi. Sienu paneļi piegādāti ar jau ražotnē iestrādātiem logiem.
Latvija — Developer project
Skolas piebūve Latvijā
Organizējot darbus paralēli, tiek panākts īsāks būvniecības cikls un ēka jau projektēšanas stadijā tika piemērota rūpnieciskai ražošanai. Sienas un pārsegumi projektēti maksimāli lielos izmēros un maksimāli pabeigti jau ražotnē. Elementu ražošana notika paralēli pamatu izbūvei objektā. Paneļi objektā tika montēti tieši no kravas auto, lai nenoslogotu būvlaukuma noliktavas un optimāli izmantotu celtņa laiku. Montāžas darbiem secīgi sekoja iekšdarbu brigāde – kamēr ZTC montēja jau ēkas trešo korpusu, tikmēr pirmajā korpusā tika veikti iekšdarbi.
Zviedrija — Developer project
Siltināti ēkas fasādes paneļu jeb infill paneļu dzīvokļu māja Zviedrijā
ZTC paneļus izgatavoja sākot no tvaika izolācijas līdz vēja izolācijas plāksnei, kam izmantotas cementšķiedru plāksnes. Ražotnē nestandarta augstuma paneļos (3,3m) tika uzstādīti klienta piegādāti alumīnija rāmja logi. Pirms ražošanas uzsākšanas tika izveidots demo panelis un uzstādīts būvlaukumā, lai pārbaudītu visu risinājumu atbilstību un savietojamību.

Bērnudārzs Zviedrijā
Ēkas apdarei izmantoti vertikāli apdares dēļi, lai bērnudārzs iekļautos arhitektoniskajā vidē. Bērnudārzs ir projektēts, lai būtu pieejams arī cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām, kā arī tika ievērotas īpašas ugunsdrošības prasības, izbūvējot speciālus ugunsdrošus nodalījumus.
