For a 100–149 m² rectangular Comfort house, the calculator uses the previous rate of EUR 500/m² excluding VAT. From 150 m², it uses the new EUR 430/m² starting rate. Other shapes and specifications use their respective rates. Estimates are indicative; the final price is confirmed in the project quotation. The starting price covers an insulated, weather-protected timber frame panel package (shell), using the Comfort specification for a rectangular house with a simple layout and at least 150 m² of gross area. Both packages exclude foundations and plinth, interior finishing including plasterboard installation, electrical installation, heating, water and drainage, and ventilation. The price includes panel delivery, assembly and worker transport to the site across Europe, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. The client provides accommodation for workers where needed and pays site costs: crane hire, scaffolding and site fencing. Delivery sequence, site access and assembly arrangements are agreed in the project quotation. Calculator results are indicative. The starting price does not apply automatically to smaller houses, other shapes or specifications; the final price and scope are confirmed in the project quotation and contract.

The calculator is available from 100 m² of gross area, measured along the external perimeter. For a 100–149 m² rectangular Comfort house, it uses EUR 500/m² excluding VAT; from 150 m², it uses the EUR 430/m² starting rate for a simple rectangular project. The new EUR 430 and EUR 500/m² starting prices apply from 150 m² subject to the respective shape and specification. Smaller-house estimates use previous rates; final quotations are prepared individually. CLT requires a separate project quotation.
Results are indicative budget ranges. Both packages exclude foundations, plinth, interior finishing and building services. The client also pays crane hire, scaffolding and site fencing and provides worker accommodation where needed.
