How The Process Works
Project Assessment
Send us your drawings or concept. We assess structural feasibility and provide a preliminary budget range within 10 business days. No cost, no obligation.
Fixed-Price Proposal
Fixed pricing for the entire scope — from production to assembly. Prices are locked upon signing with no escalation clauses and no hidden costs.
Engineering & Production
Production drawings are prepared and your project enters CNC manufacturing. You receive progress updates throughout the production run.
Logistics & Delivery
Panels are loaded in assembly sequence and delivered on schedule. Latvia to most EU destinations in 2–5 days.
On-Site Assembly
ZTC crew assembles the structural shell on site. Weather-tight closure follows immediately — interior works can start weeks earlier than with traditional construction.
Handover & Documentation
As-built drawings, CE certification, warranty certificate and airtightness test results. Full documentation package ready for building inspection.

Insulated Wall, Floor & Roof Panels
Factory-manufactured structural panels with cellulose or wood fibre insulation. U-value from 0.12 W/m²K as standard.
Windows & Exterior Doors
High-quality windows and doors factory-fitted into panels before delivery — ready to install on site.
Facade & Roofing Materials
Facade cladding and roofing materials included as standard. A wide range of finishes available to match your design.
CE Documentation & Certification
Full CE marking under ETA-21/0014, structural engineering package and all compliance documentation for building inspection.
Transport & On-Site Assembly
Panels delivered in assembly sequence and installed by ZTC's own experienced crews. Structural shell complete in 3–5 days per floor.
Warranty & As-Built Documentation
Warranty certificate, airtightness test results and as-built drawings included. Optional extended 5-year warranty available.
