ZTC apvienoja koka karkasa paneļus, CLT pārsegumus un tērauda konstrukcijas, lai īstenotu sarežģīto arhitektūras ieceri ar septiņu metru pārseguma laidumiem. Ēkas ārējo veidolu papildina termokoka fasāde un slēptas lietusūdens teknes.
