Residential Complex with a Restaurant in Sweden
Developer

About this project
This project comprises three residential buildings and a restaurant in Nacka, a suburb of Stockholm. All four timber structures were clad in brick to blend with the surrounding environment. The project was the first ZTC development to use automated insulation installation. CLT was used for the lift shafts, with Fermacell boards for the interior finishes. Due to the limited site space, panels were installed directly from delivery vehicles. Corrosion-resistant fixings were used throughout due to the site's proximity to saltwater.
