About this project

This modern residential development features five high-efficiency three-story timber panel buildings delivering a total of twenty-one apartments, beautifully split into two distinct designs including two buildings with twelve apartments and three buildings with three apartments each. To achieve an ultra-fast on-site assembly and minimize weather-related delays, the wall panels were delivered to the construction site fully pre-fabricated and highly prepared for immediate installation. During the manufacturing process at the factory, a decorative plaster finish was already professionally applied to the exterior of the panels, while windows, integrated roller shutters, and both internal and external windowsills were securely pre-installed. Furthermore, the engineering readiness of the building was significantly advanced in production by embedding all necessary conduits and junction boxes for electrical installations directly into the timber frame structure, resulting in a streamlined construction process that ensures superior build quality and drastically reduces on-site labor.
