    Early project review

    ZTC reviews building geometry, loads, fire, acoustic, logistics and local requirements.

    Structural solution and scope

    A timber frame, CLT or hybrid solution and delivery scope are agreed according to the project.

    Production preparation

    Structural details, openings and interfaces with other building parts are coordinated before production.

  4. 4.

    Factory manufacturing

    Panels and structures are manufactured in Vītoliņi with ±1 mm Hundegger CNC precision.

  5. 5.

    Delivery and assembly

    Manufactured elements are transported and assembled on site — typically approximately 3–5 days per floor where applicable.

Suitability is assessed from project geometry, loads, fire, acoustic, logistics and local requirements. ZTC compares timber frame panels, CLT panels, infill façade panels and hybrid timber construction. See also business solutions and completed projects.

Responsibility and interface split

ZTC provides

  • Structural solution based on the client or architect project.
  • Factory production, marking and quality control.
  • Transport and assembly according to agreed scope.
  • Technical documentation under CE marking with ETA-21/0014.

Coordinated with the project team

  • Architectural design and planning approvals.
  • Foundations, external utilities and general site management.
  • Local engineers and the approval process.
  • Planning approval is not guaranteed; fixed lead times are not promised.
