Technical coordination workflow

ZTC does not produce the architectural design. The structural and manufacturing solution is coordinated with the client’s architect and project team.

  1. 1.

    System selection

    Timber frame, CLT, hybrid or infill façade solutions are reviewed together with the architect.

  2. 2.

    Interface definition

    Openings, service penetrations, fire and acoustic requirements are coordinated.

  3. 3.

    Production preparation

    Structural dimensions, tolerances and lifting constraints are fixed before manufacturing.

  4. 4.

    Manufacturing and delivery

    Elements are factory-produced with CE marking and delivered to site.

  5. 5.

    Assembly and handover

    Assembly follows the project sequence and agreed scope.
